The Retrobot was reawoken in 2013 after being switched off in 1989. Known his sarcasm and inability to fathom that Stock Aitken and Waterman were no longer ruling the radio waves, he teamed up with Mike Stock and MPG to create a christmas song title "Christmas Robot".

 

The tongue in cheek tune was a hit amongst the media who were bored of the usual christmas drab that's rolled out year on year. 

 

A follow up "ChocolateBot" was released for Easter 2014.
